my dearest & oldest friend is vegan and we love popcorn. i found this amazing recipe for homemade kettle corn. we make it often & never tire of it. i thought that it would be fun to switch up chocolate for something a bit healthier while satisfying the sweet tooth. kettle corn recipe: 1/4 c organic canola oil 3/4 c organic popcorn kernels 1/4 c organic evaporated cane juice 1 tsp coarse salt In a large pot with a tight-fitting lid, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn. When the oil sizzles, sprinkle the sugar over the kernels. Cover and shake the pan until the popping slows down, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and toss with the salt.
