I used polka dot basics to stamp a white background on ocean tides cardstock. I made a matching divider and recipe cards. I bagged up some homemade goodies (which were featured on the recipe cards) and tied them with a beautiful oceantides ribbon. I added a sweet tag made with recipe box and secured it with a silvery brad.
