www.juliecameron.blogspot.com I used the flower trio stamp from Eat Cake to create the background and I used the scrolly frame to make my main focal image. I used Birthday Basics for the sentiment and jazzed it up by adding a few punched flowers and dimensional adhesive to the main focal image panel. I also added glitter to each flower center in the background and the punched flower pieces in the main focal image.
