Final assembly: Cut 1/4 inch strips of lemon tart cs for connecting the circles together. Lay out in one length with ATG adhesive facing up. Adhere 2 1/2 inch multi stamped circles. Next adhere with dimensional foam tape in alternating color fashion the scalloped circles from bitty dots paper. Next comes the 1 and 1/4 inch circles stamped with Friends smaller flower in either pink, green or yellow with all edges inked in orange. Lastly, comes the crystal effects circles with glitter and Simple alpha stamped in orange. Tie bits of ribbon on the ends of the banner to finish it off.
