I love to use Faux Ribbon to make this kind of subtle background -- it just takes a little Versamark ink and some "lining up"!! The little leaf stamped on the top half of the card is also done with Versamark ink and comes from the Borders & Corners {square} set. It is probably one of my most used little images out of the 4 borders & corners sets that I own (circles, ovals, rectangles, and circles ... I couldn't pick one or even 2 of the sets, just had to have these 4 - LOL). These buttons are very special, they come from a stash of buttons we acquired from my husband's grandmother after she passed away!! It takes a lot to use them on cards, and I usually only use them when I am sending a card to someone in his family!!
