Here's some polka dottas! I stamped Polka dot Basics on the blues, then tore them for waves. The sun is sponged with summer Sunrise, then popped up on dimentionals. The stork is an Inkadinkado stamp, and the boat is a ProvoCraft die~ for the CuttleKids machine.
