I made a mask out of the main image in Damask Designs...a lot of cutting! I placed the mask on the blue cardstock and sprayed with silver mist. I clear embossed one of the background damask designs at the bottom. I used PTI white snow to stamp the sentiment. The ribbon is PTI as well.
