Here is a little gift packaging I made for my neice's first birthday present. I used Lauren's Captured card case template and altered it slightly to make the box a little larger- with some good old math and measuring. I made the box out of smokey shadow, and the top is Plum Pudding and sweet blush. I created the background paper with a number of PTI stamp sets- the flowers are from Wise Owl and Beautiful Blooms, and the sentiments are from Birthday Basics, My Punny Valentine, and Beautiful Blooms. I stamped them in Versamark Dazzle, and then Smokey Shadow ink. I made a little focal point out of nestabilies, and old alphabet stamp (Anna Griffin i think) and finished it off with and embossed flower. I *gasp* used Plum pudding ribbon to finish it off- I never use PTI ribbon for packaging but I thought since the box was small I could do it- as long as I didn't tie a bow ! Here is a little shot of the inside- i think it's possible that i bought the entire outfit because the flower reminded me of the wise owl flower !!
