I apologize for the lack of imagination with vellum.
It's not PTI vellum, it's a thin unknown. Used the older CB flowers embossing folder. Some pink Stickles on the flowers, SU's chalk on the stems. PTI ribbons, Sweet Blush and Chocolate CS. The 'lace' is PTI vellum, and Fiskars Threading Water punch. I used Glue dots for vellum, teensy invisible dots!
