I stamped the cupcakes on blue cardstock and added liquid applique for "frosting". The sentiment (from Birthday Basics) is stamped directly on top of the polka dots. I added tiny rhinestones to the tops of the cupcakes for a little pizzaz.
A tip for stamping on Bazzill: stamp on the "wrong" side to get a great impression. That way you have all sorts of colors to choose from and you don't have to worry about the texture giving you a bad image!
