This is for inspiration photo #2: Raspberry Fizz, Hibiscus Burst, Hawaiian Shores, Aqua Mist.
I used the Wreath and sentiment from Holiday Tags. Each color was swiped onto PTI white cardstock and then punched with a 1/8" and 1/4" punch. The punched circles were then made dimensional by using an embossing stylus. The wreath was punched with a 2" punch. The ornaments were applied to the wreath with dimensional foam and then I added little pearls with the Viva Pearl Pen. The wreath was then added to a popped up panel that was embossed with the Stripes Impression Plate.
