I started by stamping the letters to spell out hello spring with the Fresh Alphabet on 3/4 inch circles. I prepared one inch circles with a heavy layer of Crystal Effects and pushed the alpha circles into the wet crystal effects. Then covered the pairs with Antique Silver glitter from Martha Stewart. THese had to dry overnight and I used a non stick craft mat to work on. I then prepared an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of white cs by randomly stamping the Friends smaller flower in 4 different ink colors. These were later cut out to about 2 1/2 inches with a coluzzle for the final layer of my circles. THe edges were run through wet glue and sprinkled with glitter. Scalloped circles were punched out of Bitty Dot paper with a SU! punch. and finally, 1 1/4 inch circles were punched from white cardstock and stamped with the Friends smaller flower in either pink, green or yellow ink that coordinates with the bitty dot paper. The center circle in the banner is layered: multi flower background, pink cardstock embossed with white Friends smaller flower, ribbon and punched butterfly accent.
