Accessories: Grosgrain ribbon, heart punch, scallop punch, bling, dimensionals
Although it's hard to see, I used the heart punch and added a row of hearts along the bottom - mimics dry embossing. I also "popped" the stamped heart off the scalloped circle with dimensionals - hard to see in photo.
