Other: SEI burlap ribbon, Twinery twine, Melissa Frances pearls, doilies from baking section in craft supply store.
I created my own banner by punching circles and folding them over the twine. I cut out some circles from paper doilies and added them over the top of the vintage book paper. Notice the music sheet paper - I think it goes nicely with the birthday saying! I was thinking about sewing this into a pocket and putting the little shredded paper and lollipops inside, but you can either leave it as a card or make a pocket out of it.
