I made this card last Valentine's Day for a CPS challenge. The lace is sticky tape from K& Co; not very successful and I threw the rest of it away. Hearts are stamped in SU's Whisper White on Pure Poppy. I punched little hearts and put them over the open white spaces in the Black & White paper. Set is Heart Prints, of course!
