I used Vintage Cream as my base and I ran it through my Cuttlebug with the Birds and Vines folder. I used Guide Lines to stamp my custom patterned paper in Plum Pudding and Spring Moss and tied it with some Plum Pudding twill tape. The sentiments are from Birthday Basics.
