Background created using stamps from Guide Lines and Guide Lines Two.
Cardstock is Dark Chocolate, Kraft, and Pure Poppy. Holes are punched in Kraft layer using 1/16" hole punch and layered onto Pure Poppy cardstock so that the color shows through.
Ink is Sahara Sand and Chocolate Chip (Stampin' Up!)
The red buttons are threaded through the linen thread.
