this technique is called Black Magic and uses Prismapencil colored pencils dipped in odorless thinner. When you color onto the black cardstock, the colors come to life. It even looks better than this picture. This is my favorite flower in this stamp set too!! And I've been using Vellum a whole lot more since the July Blog Hop!!! Yeah!!
