Since I didn't have any sequins to use for the PTI March Blog Hop I made my own.
Using holographic sticker paper, punch out a 1/16" in hole (for the center of the sequin). Next line up that hole in the center of a 1/4" punch, and punch (both punches are office style punches). You will need two of these for each sequin. Peel off the backs of both and stick together - back to back. Now put the sequin on a foam mouse pad (the thicker the better) and impress a stylus deeply into the center making the edges pop up like a real sequin - done! I used glue dots to adhere them to my card.
