An altered notepad that I made. The patterned paper was made using Aqua Mist cardstock, stamping Background Basics Text Style II in Smokey Shadow and then Giga Guide Lines in Ocean Tides. The Smokey Gray background was embossed with Cuttlebug's Polka Dots. The ribbon is Ocean Tides; ribbon ring is from Making Memories. Flower is Prima. The quote was created using text boxes and printed on Stone Gray.
