I made this birthday card for one of my mothers-in-law. I love this plum pudding! I used felt underneath the image, cut it with nesties then used a hole punch in each scallop. The little flowers are Cuttlebug flower dies. I used three different stamp sets on this one - so proud of myself! (he-he)

*ETA* To answer your question, and if anyone else was wondering - yes, it is just your plain ole' run-of-the-mill felt, and it was really easy to cut in my Cuttlebug with the Nestabilities. I am finding that the Cuttlebug dies are a little more difficult, but it depends on the type and thickness of the felt.
