Back when my oldest daughter (susiestampalot) was little I was deeply into needlework and did a crewel project of a similar wheat image. This stampt set was a MUST for me!! I love the matching paper that goes with it. The base for this card is SU's Old Olive topped ith the smaller wheat patterned paper. The image was stamped in Stazon Black and then I used SU's So Saffron to go over all the image(doing each stalk and grain individually) I then cut slits in the edges of the the stalked intersection and strung the Old Olive Ribbon thru and tied it. I scalloped the lower edge and shaded it and the image cs with ColorBox shading. I paper punched along two edges around the Harvest and used a corner scallop punch for the center cs. I used Fabric Applique accents . I liked the simplicity of this card and hope you enjoy it, too!!
