My husband's daughter asked me to make birth announcements for her baby girl, due August 1. She specified lady bug and red/black/white color scheme. I came up with 3 prototypes that I shared with her yesterday.

This is the one she liked, but I tweaked it a bit last night. I used Palette L'Amour rather than real red, added another mat (black) to the photo, and changed the placement of the lady bugs. Oh! And I added the antenna, which I had forgotten yesterday. I also increased the font on the wording.

I was pleased with it yesterday, but I think I like it much better with these minor changes makes.
Card measures 9.25x4 and will be sent a #10 open end envelope.

(The photo is her first daughter at 2months and the baby's info is all made up. They call the baby- on-the-way Oprah as a joke.)
