Used individual Dots from Polka Dot basics to create the background behind my cupcakes. Cupcake papers were stamped in Raspberry Fizz onto designer paper and cut out. Frosting was first stamped with inks and then stamped again using glue. I then sprinkled a fine glitter over the tops, cut them out and mounted them on foam squares.
